HOME STUDY INSTRUCTIONS for Educise Resources Inc. Seminars

For registrants who purchased home study products:

Thank you for registering for our home study course. To complete the program, you must watch the DVD of the seminar, or listen to the audio program, and read the course manual for notes and references. You must complete the course exam and evaluation forms and return to us. The forms are also downloadable on our website, select Resources: select downloadable forms, and choose the ones you need to print. Additional course manuals are downloadable from our website or provided in hard copy for a fee of $25 per manual plus shipping and handling. While viewing the program, we highly recommend that you pause to practice the interventions with a lab partner, (preferably another health professional) to enable you to offer feedback to one another about the techniques. The DVD is designed to allow you to click to pause any section or review any section you wish as you go. You may watch it straight through, or in parts as time allows. A menu is included on the DVD to make it easy to select the section you wish to view. The DVD video will play on a computer or a standard DVD player. (The course manual is downloadable from the DVD for the Muscle Energy and for Evidence-based Myofascial-Craniosacral courses. To access the downloadable manual, open My Computer to find the DVD, select it, and open the Microsoft Powerpoint or Word document. For Myofascial Release and Integrated Neuromuscular courses, the manual is provided as a downloadable file that you may print or save, or in hard copy for an additional fee of $25 plus shipping.)

Note: Educise is an approved provider for several state and national boards, but we are not providers for all boards. Our approvals are listed on our website under Resources: downloadable forms. Check with your Board to learn if the courses are approved for your profession, or if you are entitled to reciprocity for courses approved by other boards. Courses must be completed prior to the expiration date of each Board approval, which is listed on our website. It is the responsibility of the participant to determine the expiration date and eligibility for credit for each course. Educise does not guarantee continuing education credits for all boards.

To obtain a course completion certificate:
Visit www.educise.com. After watching the DVD and reading the course manual, you must provide two completed forms to Educise online: a course evaluation and a course examination. You may download and print both forms from our website under Resources: Downloadable forms. Select the best answer for each multiple choice question. Complete and send your forms to us by email to educise@gmail.com. If you do not pass with a minimum grade of 70, you may re-test after reviewing your answers. If you have questions about the course information or exam, contact us at www.educise.com or call our office at (877)281-3382. If you have no access to a computer, we can provide a copy of the forms to you by postal mail for a fee of $5. We will be happy to assist you with your inquiries. Thank you for participating in our seminar program. Enjoy the program.
